Daniel Miller is the principal rep and owner for Specialty Sports Reps. An outdoor enthusiast from a young age, Daniel moved to Kentucky in 2007 and joined the professional industry as a buyer and manager. Daniel moved to SSR in 2013 and assumed ownership a few years later.
Daniel’s many superpowers include helping retailers be successful, providing reliable communication and response, and being flexible, thoughtful and helpful, especially in times of crisis or change in the industry. Daniel is known for both his professional and personal relationships with his retailers and brands, and works to help everyone achieve success. In his spare time, Daniel can be found on a river, fly rod in hand, mountain biking or hiking, or on the hunt for exclusive bourbons.
A native of Southeastern Michigan, Joe is the servicing rep for accounts in Michigan, northern Indiana and northern Ohio. He has been in the outdoor industry as a key account manager, buyer, and kayak guide since 1998. He has worked with both national and regional retailers, all while retaining his passion for the independent retailer. Joe’s super powers include building strong personal relationships, providing excellent customer experience, analyzing data, and finding the best breweries in any city he visits. In his spare time, Joe shares his passion for paddling, mountain biking,hiking and lounging with his family.
